Cameron Palmer
Following on from a background in allied health, Cameron has authored and presented many papers on the Abbreviated Injury Scale, trauma datasets, evaluations of trauma care, and trauma epidemiology, particularly paediatric trauma. His PhD thesis, "The contemporary evaluation of trauma outcomes" was completed in 2019. Cameron is a member of a number of binational committees and subcommittees seeking to improve the quality of trauma care and trauma data collection, and chaired the group which developed the minimum dataset which has become standard across Australasian trauma registries.
